The goal was to design a product suitable for both business-casual and active daily wear—one that performs like a technical garment while maintaining a refined, tailored look.
Solution:
Our production team addressed multiple technical and construction challenges to achieve the ideal blend of form and function. Each pant is engineered with a stretch performance fabric offering moisture-wicking, wrinkle resistance, and UPF 50+ protection for lasting comfort and ease of care. We refined fit consistency through precision pattern grading, optimized the seat and thigh balance for improved mobility, and developed an ergonomic waistband to move naturally with the wearer.
Further, we reinforced seam placements and stress points, enhanced pocket durability, and perfected press-crease retention—key indicators of quality tailoring often found in premium brands. Working with our own facility allows us to control every stage of development, from fabric relaxation and pre-shrink calibration to heat-fused finishing, ensuring a pant that performs beautifully and maintains its structure over time.
